The HANSA PARTNER GROUP is growing: Fabian Otto joined the partnership in January 2024.
Mr. Otto has been working as a tax consultant with a focus on corporate and group tax law at HANSA PARTNER Rommel & Meyer Steuerberater Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft mbB since 2018. Previously, he worked as a tax advisor at a Next 10 company in Hamburg.
The main focus of Mr. Otto’s work is on providing inventory and transaction-related tax advice to companies with a particular focus on real estate and investment tax law. In addition, accounting-related and business management consulting for companies and groups of companies is a focus of his work.
Fabian Otto also leads the firm-wide practice group “Tax Digitization and Tax Compliance”. His clients include companies from the real estate, funds/private equity, energy and media sectors.
With the addition of Mr. Otto, HANSA PARTNER now has 14 partners.
