Women in Leadership: Community Conversation

BKR Women in Leadership brings together women from across the association to connect, share experiences and learn from one another.
On 30 September, we are bringing the community together for two informal virtual conversations, with different times to make it easier for women across BKR’s global membership to participate.
Rather than a formal webinar, these sessions will create space for open discussion around the experiences and challenges women are navigating in their careers and leadership roles. Participants will have the opportunity to hear different perspectives, share experiences and make connections with women across BKR firms and regions.
We will also share a short update on the Women in Leadership Mentoring Programme and the connections that are beginning to develop through the initiative.
Who should attend?
The conversations are open to women across BKR member firms, at all career stages. Whether you have previously taken part in Women in Leadership or are joining the community for the first time, you are welcome to participate.
