EMEA Leadership Development Programme – Year 2 Kick-Off Workshop

We are excited to launch Year 2 of the BKR EMEA Leadership Development Programme with a dedicated three-hour virtual workshop for our Future Leaders.
This interactive session marks the start of the second year of the programme and will provide an opportunity to:

Share reflections and experiences from Year 1

Explore new leadership themes and challenges for the year ahead

Set personal and professional goals for continued growth
The workshop will be led by Zoe Thompson, and will serve as an energising start to the next stage of the programme.
Year 2 at a Glance
Kick off Workshop: October, 30, online (3 hours)
Follow-up Workshops: February and April, online (3 hours each)
In-Person Workshop: June 13th at the EMEA Annual Conference in Marrakech
Monthly Support Online Learning Sessions 1-hour virtual session in non-workshop months
Ongoing Resources & Support: Access to digital learning platform, Action diary and messaging support. learning resources, communication tools, and progress tracking. Participants can contribute to the resources.
