Your BKR Team and Spain member firm, Ayce Laborytax, are looking forward to welcoming you to the beautiful city of Madrid for our 2025 Conference. Over four days, members from across the globe will come together for a programme of learning, connection, and shared ideas. The schedule will feature keynote sessions, panel discussions, and practical breakouts with speakers including Philippe Boulanger, Lucy Cohen, Callum Macrae, Dan Solin, Heather Townsend, Kyle Turk and more.
The weekend at a glance:

Friday: Afternoon check-in and registration, followed by a welcome reception in the gardens of the InterContinental Madrid

Saturday: Full-day conference with keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and our Gala Night at Palacio Negralejo

Sunday: Social day exploring Madrid – from a cultural “gymkhana” adventure and relaxed group lunch to a gorgeous roof top dinner

Monday: Final conference sessions, including panels and discussions to close the event
Alongside the main programme, the companion schedule offers guided cultural tours, tapas tastings, and other local experiences to enjoy the city.
