BKR International has announced the appointment of Arcangelo Agogliati as Chair of its Worldwide Board and Charlotte Tay as Vice Chair, alongside several changes to the association’s Worldwide Board.
The appointments were confirmed at BKR’s 2026 Worldwide & Americas Conference in Dallas, Texas.
Arcangelo, of B&C Tax in Milan, Italy, succeeds Dave Davis of Johanson & Yau in San Jose, California, USA. Having previously served as Worldwide Vice Chair, Arcangelo brings extensive experience of BKR and its international membership to his new role.
Charlotte, a partner at Lindquist, von Husen & Joyce LLP in San Francisco, USA, has also been actively involved in BKR’s governance, having previously served on the Americas Regional Board.
The leadership transition follows the appointment of Jeremy Vokt as BKR International’s Chief Executive Officer in July 2026, marking a new chapter in the association’s leadership.

Worldwide Board Appointments
BKR International has also welcomed several members to its Worldwide Board, including Alicia Brockland of Conner Ash in the USA, Iulia Lascau of Argus Audit in Romania, and Martin Phelan of Walker Wayland Advantage in Australia.
Peter Zimmermann of Schiff-Martini & Cie. in Germany, who became Chair of BKR’s EMEA Region in July 2026, and Ami Leng of East Asia Sentinel Tax Services, Chair of the Asia Pacific Region, also serve on the Worldwide Board in their regional leadership capacities.
Outgoing Worldwide Chair Dave Davis will remain on the Board in an ex-officio capacity for a further year, supporting continuity during the leadership transition.
The Worldwide Board brings together representatives from BKR’s three regions: the Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). It provides governance and strategic oversight for the association, supporting collaboration and the continued development of opportunities for member firms around the world.
