Elizabeth “Liz” Fuentes-Hernandez, MSHRD, SHRM-CP, has joined Gross, Mendelsohn & Associates, P.A. as Director of Human Resources.
In this role, she will lead the firm’s human resources function and work closely with leadership to support recruiting, employee development and employee experience initiatives across the firm.
Fuentes-Hernandez brings more than 15 years of human resources experience, including extensive experience within the accounting and professional services industry.
Throughout her career, she has led initiatives focused on talent acquisition, employee development, engagement and retention, helping organizations build stronger teams and workplace cultures.
