BKR is pleased to share news of a major milestone for Irish member firm Ormsby & Rhodes, which has acquired Ryan & Crowley, a respected Dublin-based accountancy and advisory practice.
This strategic move marks another step forward in Ormsby & Rhodes’ ambitious growth plans and reflects the firm’s continued commitment to expanding its capabilities and reach within Ireland’s professional services market.
Ryan & Crowley, a well-established practice founded over 40 years ago by Ray Ryan and now led by his son, Conor, brings a team of nine professionals and a loyal client base of entrepreneurial and family-owned businesses. Known for its personal service and deep client relationships, the firm will integrate into Ormsby & Rhodes’ operations, strengthening its offering in the Dublin market.
The acquisition comes following Ormsby & Rhodes’ January 2025 merger with AAB, a professional services group backed by private equity firm August Equity. AAB has tripled in size since 2021 and now employs over 1,000 people, generating over €120 million in annual revenue.
