The Worldwide Board holds the Executive accountable for maintaining the Association's integrity and legal compliance. The Board has established a clear vision, ethos, and strategic direction by operating transparently and adhering to established practices and procedures, seeking consensus, and remaining accountable. The Board is elected by the Association members.

Elected by Regional members, the APAC Board provides governance and direction within the APAC Region. The Chair of the APAC Board is an automatic of the Worldwide Board.
Americas Region
Elected by regional members, the Americas Board provides governance and direction within the Americas Region. The chair of the Americas Board is always a member of the Worldwide Board.
