Ladersam recently hosted the International Forum on Corporate Governance, Compliance and Artificial Intelligence at its offices in Lima, Peru, bringing together regional experts and business leaders to address the key challenges shaping today’s corporate and regulatory landscape.

The event created a platform for strategic dialogue on the role of governance and compliance in an increasingly digital environment, with a particular focus on the integration of artificial intelligence into decision-making, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.

The forum brought together Dr. Fabrizio Bon Vecchio (Brazil), Eng. Maryluz Martínez Restrepo (Colombia), and was moderated by Ladersam Partner, MBA, CPA (Peru) José Pacheco Guerra, who together provided technical and strategic insights, offering attendees practical perspectives grounded in real-world experience on governance, digital law, and the evolving role of compliance officers in an increasingly digital environment.

The event reflected Ladersam’s commitment to promoting knowledge-sharing initiatives and strengthening relationships with clients and strategic partners. The forum was co-organized in collaboration with the Ibero-American Institute of Compliance.
