Harris & Trotter LLP and ht.digital Recognised in the 2025 Accountancy Age Top 100

Published on Dec 9th, 2025

BKR International is delighted to celebrate two member firms featured in the 2025 Accountancy Age Top 50+50 Accountancy Firms report.

Harris & Trotter LLP has achieved an outstanding #45 ranking, continuing its upward momentum from #50 in 2024 and #52 in 2023. This consistent rise reflects the firm’s long-standing commitment to quality, innovation, and exceptional client service across audit, tax, and advisory.

We are equally pleased to recognise ht.digital, which has entered the Top 100 for the first time at #76. Now an independent BKR member firm, ht.digital was originally established as the digital assets division of Harris & Trotter before becoming a standalone entity in 2023.

Since then, the firm has grown rapidly, carving out a leading position in the global digital assets and Web3 sector. With 100+ staff and 700+ clients worldwide, ht.digital combines deep technical expertise with the agility needed to support an industry evolving at unprecedented speed. The firm operates from London, with additional offices in Malta and the Cayman Islands, and benefits from a strong collaborative relationship with Harris & Trotter LLP.

The Malta office, HT Digital Europe Ltd, is led by Ian and Marco Mercieca, Managing Partners of Tri-Mer Services – one of BKR’s long-standing member firms – further strengthening BKR’s presence in the European digital assets market.

Nicholas Newman, CEO of ht.digital, commented:

“Joining the Top 100 is a proud milestone for our team. Our evolution into a standalone BKR member firm has enabled us to continue growing and innovating in the digital assets space, supported by the strong global relationships across BKR.”

Emma Barry, EMEA Regional Director of BKR International, added:

“Seeing both Harris & Trotter LLP and ht.digital ranked this year speaks to the strength and diversity within BKR. Harris & Trotter’s continued rise and ht.digital’s impressive debut reflect the way our members can grow, specialise, and lead in emerging sectors while remaining connected to our global community.”

These achievements further reinforce BKR International’s commitment to supporting excellence, innovation, and collaboration across its global membership.
