Published on Oct 15th, 2024

Flynth’s Supervisory Board is pleased to announce that as of 1 October two new members have joined the Executive Board. Katja Hilckmann-Winkel has taken on the role of Chief Operations Officer (COO) and David Versteeg of Chief Transformation & Information Officer (CTIO). With their appointment, the Executive Board now consists of four members.

Katja Hilckmann-Winkel (48) shaped her career at EY from 1999, including as a partner in various positions within the accounting and subsidy consulting practice. In recent years, she was responsible for supervising active client management and acquisition in the Brabant region as a partner in the compilation practice.

David Versteeg (54) started his career in 1994, and since then he has gained years of experience in successfully transforming companies, including in digitisation and ICT. In recent years, for instance, he was Chief Digital Officer at Van Lanschot Kempen and Interim Director ICT at FMO.

Kees van Dijkhuizen, Chair of the Supervisory Board of Flynth said:

‘The appointment of a COO and CTIO and thus a new composition of the Executive Board is in line with the steps Flynth is taking as an organisation to further shape digital services around the ever-changing customer demand. With Katja Hilckmann and David Versteeg, we have found excellent candidates with extensive experience in larger organisations. We owe many thanks to both Bas Hidding and Leonieke van der Meer in establishing a solid and future-proof organisation.

Jacques Buith, Chair of the Executive Board from 1 September:

‘I am excited to be working with Katja, David and Erik. We have already had initial conversations and we are getting to know the entire Flynth organisation more closely. As a new team, we want to further strengthen the connection within Flynth. Flynth’s unique market position and talented staff give us enormous confidence in the future.’

Previously, Flynth’s Executive Board consisted of three members. In the coming period, Flynth is shaping the organisation of the future, in which digitisation and sustainability are key themes. With the current composition of the Executive Board, there is a stable foundation and a lot of experience in these areas.

The new composition of Flynth’s Executive Board is as follows: Jacques Buith (CEO), Katja Hilckmann-Winkel (COO), Erik Koetje (CFRO) and David Versteeg (CTIO).
