The first 2024 meeting of the GLOBAL MOBILITY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT GROUP will be held virtually on March 13, 2024 at 10:00am (GMT)

Run by our new chairs, Amanda Couzi (Abou Nasr & Associates, Lebanon) and Andréas Knutsen (Exponens, Paris), we will look to build on progress we have made in 2023 on developing Business collaboration, and opportunities between member firms.

Welcome and Introduction (10 minutes)

• Greetings and Opening Remarks
• Brief overview of the purpose of the meeting: #Business #Knowledge #relationships, aligned with EMEA Board actions
• Roll call of members attending the meeting

Overview of general points and action plans (30 minutes)

• Elaborate on the proposed action plan
• Discuss tools for collaboration: 2024 Global Mobility Brochure: deadline to be agreed
• Invite attendees to vote on the proposed action plan or provide feedback

Case Studies and Success Stories (20 minutes)

• Discuss two case studies
• Members share successful business referrals or collaborations within the group
• Discussion on best practices and lessons learned that can contribute to the procedures to be implemented

Next Steps and Action Items (15 minutes)

• Address reasons for non-participation and find solutions for those unable to attend in person.
• Develop an action plan to complete the Collaborative Document by members.
• Announcement of the next meeting date and agenda topics

Closing Remarks (5 minutes)

• Express gratitude for members’ participation
• Encourage ongoing communication and collaboration
