EMEA Leadership Development Programme – Programme Launch

Join us in Frankfurt for the opening workshop of the 2026 – 2028 Leadership Development Programme, a bespoke two-year programme designed to develop the next generaton of leaders across BKR member firms.
Developed in partnership with leadership expert Zoe Thompson, the programme combines interactive workshops, coaching, peer learning and practical leadership development to help participants strengthen their leadership capabilities, broaden their strategic perspective and build lasting relationships with peers from across the EMEA region.
Over two years, participants will develop the confidence, skills and mindset needed to lead teams, drive change and prepare for senior leadership roles within their firms.
Programme Structure
- Programme Launch – Welcome dinner on 14 September, followed by the opening workshop on 15 September 2026 in Frankfurt.
- Online Workshops – Three interactive workshops each year, held in October, January and April.
- In-Person Workshops – Additional face-to-face workshops held throughout the programme, including during the BKR International EMEA Annual Conferences.
- Monthly Learning Sessions – One-hour online sessions between workshops to support ongoing development.
- Digital Learning Platform – Continuous access to programme resources, learning materials and collaboration tools.
- Leadership Action Journal – A personal journal to capture reflections, goals and learning.
- Feedback & Evaluation – Regular feedback and programme reviews to support continuous improvement.
- Programme Certification – Awarded upon successful completion of the two-year programme.
