Leadership Development Programme Monthly Meet up
- Join this month’s Support Learning Session Support Learning Session for Reflective practice, Action Learning Sets, and Scenario discussions
Programme Structure
Mandatory Online Workshops: October, January, April, (each year)
In-Person Workshop: 1 full day each year during the Annual Conference in June
Monthly Support Online Learning Sessions (Months where Workshops are not held) 1 hour per session, preparation and follow up, plus messaging support all year around.
Digital Platforms: Continuous access to learning resources, communication tools, and progress tracking. Participants can contribute to the resources.
Action Diary: A custom ‘Action Diary’ will be provided to participants to capture key learning points, plan next steps, and support discussions during supervision or mentoring sessions within their respective companies.
Evaluation and Feedback: continuous feedback during sessions, mid-term and end-of-year questionnaires, to ensure the programme meets participant and organisational objectives and allows for ongoing improvement.
Certification awarded: Upon successful completion of the programme.
