Jul 24th, 2026 - Jul 25th, 2026
BKR International Asia Pacific has officially launched the 2026 Future Leaders Program, a premier leadership development series designed to equip emerging managers and next‑generation professionals across the Asia‑Pacific with the skills, mindset, and perspective needed to lead effectively amid constant change.

The program kicked off with Session 1: Mastering the Art of Supervision in the Age of Disruption, held on 2 July 2026, where participants explored core principles of team leadership, communication, and adaptive guidance in modern work settings. Building on this strong start, the initiative continues with carefully structured sessions that blend virtual learning and immersive in‑person collaboration. The program will proceed with Improving Managerial Effectiveness and Resilience on 7 July 2026, focusing on strengthening management practices, building personal and team capacity, and sustaining performance through challenges, followed by Adaptability and Ethical Use of Digital Tools for Next‑Gen Leaders on 21 July 2026, which covers responsible technology adoption, digital readiness, and ethical standards in an increasingly connected workplace. All virtual sessions run from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (GMT+8). The series concludes with the two‑day immersive in‑person gathering Disrupt Everything: Innovate for Impact (DEI) taking place in Phuket, Thailand on 24 and 25 July 2026, centered on strategic innovation, creative problem‑solving, and driving meaningful organizational change.
The curriculum addresses critical priorities for today’s leaders including delivering consistent results, leading diverse teams, navigating uncertainty, and upholding professional integrity. Sessions combine expert discussion, practical frameworks, and peer exchange to ensure participants gain actionable tools they can apply directly in their roles.
