BKR International is proud to recognise the work of Harris & Trotter LLP, a valued member firm, and its digital asset division ht.digital, in their recent engagement with Falcon Finance, a leading decentralised finance (DeFi) protocol.
ht.digital has been appointed to provide independent Proof of Reserves (PoR) assurance for Falcon’s over-collateralised synthetic dollar, USDf. In collaboration with Falcon’s internal engineering team, ht.digital has played a key role in implementing and reviewing the technical and operational frameworks that underpin Falcon’s reserve verification process.
As part of this initiative, Falcon has launched a ‘Transparency Dashboard’, which offers daily updates of reserve balances. This provides users and institutional stakeholders with real-time visibility into the assets backing USDf and supports confidence in the protocol’s operations.
To further support transparency and governance, ht.digital will also issue quarterly attestation reports assessing:
- The sufficiency of reserves
- The reliability of underlying data feeds
- The strength of Falcon’s control environment
These reports will be made publicly available alongside the dashboard, providing ongoing, independent assurance on the integrity of Falcon’s reserve management practices.
