BKR International Launches Global Women in Leadership initiative.
BKR International is proud to launch its Women in Leadership Initiative – a global programme designed to connect, inspira, and emplower women across our membership.
Developed by the BKR Women in Leadership Steering Group, the initiative reflects our collective commitment to uplifting women at all levels. By creating opportunities to grow, connect, and learn from one another, the programme will support women to build confidence, step into leadership, and help others do the same.
A New Community Space
As part of this launch, BKR has created a dedicated online community space exclusively women across the assocation. This forum provides a safe and supportive environment to connect, share insights and stay up to date with the latest news opportunities and resources.
Launching our Mentorship Programme
The next phase of the initiative is the creation of a global mentorship programme. All BKR women are invited to take part – whether as a mentor, a mentee or both. This is a chance to share experiences, strengthen skills, and build meaningful connections across firms and regions.
Shaping the Future Together
To ensure the programme meets the needs of our members, we’ve released a short survey inviting input on:
- What kind of support you’d like from mentoring
- Whether you’d like to take part as a mentor, mentee, or both
- Your preferences around format, topics, and structure
The responses will shape how we design the programme and match participants, and help guide the wider development of Women in Leadership going forward.
Although the survey is only open to members, this initiative reflects BKR’s global commitment to building a stronger, more inclusive profession.
