Lawyers Francesco Luigi De Luca and Cristiana Fani join B&C Legal Corporate as equity partners, expanding the Firm’s team of professionals, integrating new skills and strengthening some of the Firm’s existing practices.
Cristiana Fani is an expert in business and industrial property law and provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance to companies in the fashion, lighting, heating, industrial components, cosmetics and food & beverage sectors, dealing with both intellectual and industrial property issues and aspects more relevant to commercial negotiations and any cross-border issues.
Joining the firm alongside Cristiana Fani is lawyer Elena Rossello, who has been working closely with Cristiana Fani for over a decade, dealing with international trade law and competition law. Elena Rossello also deals with digitisation and e-commerce development processes and is also active in litigation and arbitration.
Francesco Luigi De Luca is an expert in tax audits and tax litigation, including criminal tax matters. He is chairman of 231 Supervisory Bodies in major companies. Lawyers Alessandro Falco and Silvia Zhang, who have been working with De Luca for years, are also joining the Firm.
