On the 15th of December, an insightful event was hosted by Marycris Oplas, the Founding Partner and CEO of Alas Oplas & Co., CPAs. In her effort to create a harmonious rhythm within the company, Marycris gathered all associates, seniors, and managers for two sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
This workshop served as a platform for drawing out the hidden leadership potential in all participants. Marycris places great importance on communication, seeing it as the key to developing a wide range of skills.
In response to thought-provoking questions from Marycris’s presentation, the 231 associates, seniors, and 30 managers each contributed their unique perspectives and insights. This diverse collective input maximizes the range of viewpoints based on one question each from many different minds.
Active participation was encouraged, with the main talking points revolving around experiences and mindsets. A key focus was on remote, on-site, and hybrid work setups, along with discussions on identifying issues, improving social skills, and developing leadership talents. This allowed everyone to share and learn from each other.
Marycris’s goal was to encourage and create an environment of intellectual engagement and competence. She made sure the attendees had the opportunity to express their thoughts and be heard, thus creating an inclusive workshop environment where all ideas were welcome.
