The list features 100 firms nationwide, determined through a two-part survey process. The first part, worth about 25% of the total evaluation, assesses each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part, making up approximately 75% of the evaluation, involves an employee survey to gauge their experience. The combined scores then determine the top firms and their rankings.
