St. Clair CPA Solutions (Philadelphia Region) Earns "Best Places to Work" Award from Philadelphia Business Journal
St. Clair CPA Solutions continues to earn recognition as an outstanding workplace, once again sweeping 2017 Philadelphia media awards for creating a positive work environment. Following the firm’s philly.com (including The Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News) win as a Top Workplace earlier this year, on August 10, 2017 St. Clair CPA Solutions received a 2017 Best Places to Work (BPTW) in Greater Philadelphia award from the Philadelphia Business Journal (PBJ).
At the BPTW awards breakfast held at The Fillmore, a popular entertainment venue, PBJ Editor-in-Chief Craig Ey presented the firm’s Best Places to Work award to partners William P. St. Clair IV, CPA and Alan B. Gubernick, CPA, and Stephanie Sommers, CPA, who serves as the firm’s controller and human resources manager.
The Philadelphia Business Journal annually teams with Quantum Workplace to conduct an objective, comprehensive employee engagement survey that blends state-of-the-art survey research methodology with organizational psychology to derive the scores that are the sole determinant of the BPTW awards. Mr. Ey says that in 2017, the PBJ received a record number of applications for BPTW, and that companies had to reach a challenging scoring benchmark to earn a BPTW award. St. Clair CPA Solutions was awarded BPTW in the mid-sized business category.
Mr. St. Clair says, “We appreciate our employees for their daily contributions to our quality service-focused culture, and for participating in the BPTW award survey. Year after year, our employees’ evaluations earn St. Clair CPA Solutions recognition for fostering a workplace environment that supports professional and personal growth. Our employees know that we care about them, and together our entire team cares for the firm’s clients and the communities we serve. We believe our mission to deliver exceptional service, commitment, and integrity—and the way we value each individual on our team—are what makes St. Clair CPA Solutions a Best Place to Work.”
