Schiff-Martini & Cie. (Frankfurt) Appoints Peter Zimmermann as New Partner


The auditing and tax advisory firm Schiff-Martini & Cie. GmbH (SMC), based in Frankfurt’s Gateway Gardens, has announced the recent addition of Peter Zimmermann to senior management as a newly appointed partner and managing director of the company.

With its team of 70 employees, SMC specialises in assisting foreign companies establish subsidiaries in Germany. It currently services more than 300 German subsidiaries of companies from more than 20 different countries worldwide. Over 75% of its clients are headquartered in the USA, Great Britain and Japan.

Peter Zimmermann (43) is a tax advisor and Head of the Tax Advisory Services team. He has been with Schiff-Martini since the beginning of 2017. Following his studies of business administration in Worms, he joined the auditing and tax advisory firm Ernst & Young, where he worked for 12 years. There, he headed the German tax division of its European Tax Centre in London and most recently served as Executive Director of International Tax Services in Germany.
