SFC (Paris) Holds First Annual Citizen Blue Day

On June 13, SFC held its first annual Citizen Blue Day, with nearly 300 employees from its 16 offices in the Ile-de-France, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, and PACA regions. This meeting is part of SFC's responsible approach to the protection of the environment and occupational integration.

Employees were able to share in the everyday life of volunteers from associations, town halls, and local partner communities by cleaning and repairing public and private living spaces; sorting foodstuffs, clothes, and corks; using their various skills in accounting, human resources, and communications to help people in occupational integration to introduce themselves and design their resumes to find a job; and to accompany others in their business creation projects.

This day was appreciated by all of the employees, who gave it a satisfaction score of 4.5 out of 5. One-hundred percent of them want it to be involved again next year next year, and 52% are now considering becoming a volunteer within an association.
