Exponens Conseil & Expertise (Paris) News and Announcements
Taking the opportunity of the annual update of the Finance Law in France, Exponens group organized, during the last week of January, four sessions to explain to their clients how they could take advantage of the last measures to optimize their taxation. Sylvia Leca, Thierry Legrand, Antoine Renaud, Célia Martins, Stéphane Medic, Patricia Pierre, and Nicolas Yakoubowitch, all Exponens’ Partners, were the leaders of these convivial sessions.
The withholding at source of income tax went into effect on January 1, 2019. The purpose of this reform is to eliminate the one-year gap between the collection of income and the payment of the income tax, and to allow a quick adaptation to the tax payer’s change of situation. The media did a lot of coverage on this reform, and Exponens took a part of it with Patricia Pierre, partner at Exponens, and Manager of the Payroll and HR management Department. She took part in an article in French magazine, I comme Info, and appeared on TV78, a local TV channel, on January 30.
Thierry Legrand also took part in the coverage of the reform on February 6 on idFM, a local radio station, where he talked about the Exponens group, France Finance Law for 2019, and the start-up industry with Exponens new offer called Initium.
