BKR Announces Rubik Yeriazarian (Houston) as New Litigation Support/Forensic Accounting Chair

BKR International announces the selection of Rubik Yeriazarian to be the Litigation Support/Forensic Accounting Leader for the global association of firms represented in over 500 offices and 80 countries. Rubik joined Houston firm Briggs & Veselka, the largest CPA firm headquartered in Houston, in 2015. Throughout his decade in public accounting, Rubik has provided forensic accounting and litigation support services to numerous clients in the areas of complex commercial litigation, fraud investigations, anti-fraud, waste & abuse matters, and compliance matters (including Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters). Rubik has refined the use of big data analytics to reduce the total engagement man-hours and increase the testing bases for matters involving datasets ranging from thousands of rows up to millions of rows (and multiple terabytes) of data. “Rubik is a big data guru in the public accounting space,” says Maureen Schwartz, the Executive Director of BKR International. “We are excited to have his innovative and data-driven leadership as our Litigation Support/Forensic Accounting Chair."

“Rubik has played a crucial role in Briggs & Veselka’s Litigation and Forensic Accounting practice. He has helped our clients identify fraud and inconsistencies quickly to mitigate risk. We are so happy Rubik will be serving global clients across our association,” says Sheila Enriquez, the Managing Shareholder of Briggs & Veselka.

“It is an honor to serve as BKR’s Litigation Support/Forensic Accounting chair. I have regularly utilized data analytics throughout my involvement with forensic and litigation engagements.  Data is a powerful tool, especially in forensic accounting and litigation support matters. We look forward to assisting firms with finding ways to provide clients clarity through their data.” - Rubik Yeriazarian.
